Cancellation conditions

We apply the following cancellation conditions:

  1. If you cancel within 24 hours after your booking has been approved, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount and the deposit (if applicable). Have you emailed us but not received a response yet? Don't worry, we will take the moment you sent us your email as the cancellation date.
  2. If you cancel up to the 42nd day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the travel sum.
  3. If you cancel from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the travel sum.
  4. If you cancel from the 28th day to the 7th day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the travel sum.
  5. If you cancel from the 7th day until the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 100% of the travel sum

Please note:

  1. The rental price refers to the basic rental price plus all additional costs (excluding the deposit).
  2. Our €5.00 service fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  3. The booking is only final and the rental agreement concluded once the landlord has approved the booking request and the 24 hours have elapsed.
  4. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the rental of recreational accommodations and camping pitches. If a booking (request) needs to be cancelled or withdrawn, please let us know as soon as possible.
  5. If you have insurance and had to cancel your reservation for a valid and demonstrable reason, you may be entitled to a refund. Please contact your insurance company for this.
  6. For a rescheduled booking, we use the original arrival date. If your booking is rescheduled and you have to cancel it after the original arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 100%.

    Example:
    You book a camping spot or rental tent on January 5, 2025 for the period of October 10-12, 2025. On January 7, the landlord approves the booking, at which point you have 24 hours to cancel your booking free of charge. If you cancel the booking on January 22, the cancellation costs amount to 30% of the travel sum.
